Women; It’s Your Time To Shine
A Colorado Women’s Processing Group
Do you find yourself wanting a place to work through issues where the stress is building up, but are just unsure of where to go? Have you been feeling a lack of privilege related to your gender expression- with your colleagues, while co-parenting, or in your dating life? Maybe what you’re dealing with isn’t specific to your gender but it would help to just be understood and feel validated. Perhaps individual therapy is too expensive or you are looking to do more with your issues than just share them with your friends. If so, you may benefit from a group approach that allows you to explore and process these issues, gain new tools to cope better, and over time, feel the joy that comes with empowering other women.
