The Ace Advantage

Assertiveness Confidence Esteem

Do you know what you want to say but worry about hurting someone else’s feelings? So you help out, feel resentment and burnout, but still struggle to say no. Did you grow up in a household where confrontation was really not a thing? Maybe the issue has more to do with speaking your mind in front of a manager, parent, professor- perhaps authority throws you off. For some, low self-esteem thoughts bombard them to the point of no real growth across various aspects of their lives. For others, the sheer time it takes to build the confidence to do something you believe in, is exhausting. It goes without saying – you’re not alone.

The Ace Advantage

In a world where social media has taken over and glam, travel, promotions, fashion and romance are on display, insecurities are sky high. The global pandemic has really weakened people’s self-esteem when they realized they could not write a new book, reach that place of ‘zen’ or lose 20 pounds and reinvent themselves through yoga: they were just trying to survive. Healing and growth take time, the right environment and the willingness to accept support and new tools when you need it.
